International Speed Parks, L.L.C. is a wholly-owned subsidary of Burroughs & Chapin Co., Inc. Burroughs & Chapin, a developer and operator of tourism and entertainment facilities in Myrtle Beach, S.C. for more than 100 years, is the worldwide licensee for NASCAR SpeedParks. As part of the partnership with the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, each NASCAR SpeedPark will have up to eight tracks and will be tailored in size and nature to fit each community in which it is located.

Currently, International Speed Parks, L.L.C. encompasses three completed NASCAR SpeedParks and one NASCAR SpeedPark that is currently in construction. The world’s first NASCAR SpeedPark opened in Myrtle Beach in 1998 and Sevierville, TN, is home to the second NASCAR SpeedPark, which opened in 1999. The newest race-themed park opened at Concord Mills in Concord, N.C., the summer of 2003, making the first time a NASCAR SpeedPark became part of a shopping center atmosphere.

Burroughs & Chapin’s partnership with NASCAR and The Mills Corporation is continuing to grow with construction underway for a new NASCAR SpeedPark at St. Louis Mills in the greater St. Louis area, which is scheduled to open in November 2003.
